We test them for basic functionality, but not everything is tested. We look for external signs that something is broken, and we put a roll of film through to make sure its basic functions are working. We also install fresh batteries for you and clean up any dust and dirt as best as we can.
That being said, these are used and vintage cameras. There are signs of wear and life to them. They are not in perfect condition, but that's the charm. There may be some dings, scratches, or cosmetic blemishes that give them that vintage character.
If you receive a camera and it is not functional, please let us know right away. We'll first walk you through troubleshooting the problem, either via messaging or video chat, and if that doesn't work, we'll send you a shipping label to have it sent back to us. At that point, we can either replace your camera or refund you, hassle free.
